Every renter over the age of 18 must sign. Palm Springs has strict noise and parking restrictions and booking guests will be responsible to any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the short term rental rules are violated. No more than 3 cars may be parked at this home during your stay. The property is suitable for children under supervision. It is not child proof and parents must keep an eye on their children at all times. Parties and events are not permitted.

Rebekah is a wonderful host. Her place is the perfect place to unwind and the area is quiet and peaceful. Very close to downtown Palm Springs. I definitely would rent again when visiting Palm Springs.

Rebekah’s place was a fantastic find for our Memorial Day weekend in Palm Springs. The home’s perfect layout, modern furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay truly enjoyable. The relaxing pool and spa were a wonderful bonus. Located in a peaceful, quiet area, it’s just a short drive to downtown. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Rebekah is a wonderful host, and we hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Palm Springs home! The location was ideal—close to downtown but still peaceful and quiet. The house was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing, and having two-car parking and laundry was a big plus. Just a heads-up for future guests: we learned right before check-in that there’s a $95/day fee to heat the pool. It wasn’t a big issue, but knowing earlier would’ve been helpful. We still used the pool without heating and had a great time. We’d happily stay here again!

We three have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and it is fair to say we are choosy — especially about cleanliness and the state of a property matching its pics and description. This home is SPOTLESS, in every way. It is clean, everywhere, and the furnishings are in fantastic condition. We had any and everything we needed, and then some. Rebekah was the most responsive host I’ve worked with, including when we had a question after arrival. I can’t recommend this place too highly!

Rebekah is a very responsive, good host and the house met our needs and expectations. The kitchen is really well-equipped and there were plentiful supplies and even basic condiments and seasonings. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, pool, and hot tub and the location near downtown restaurants and attractions.

The house is so lovely. On a quiet street near downtown. The outdoor space is really well set up, with seating and outdoor fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked. The common areas are good for groups. Would def recommend for families.

Spent a wonderful long weekend with friends at Bella Luisa thanks to our wonderful host, Rebekah! Check-in and logistics were all super easy and clear. Rebekah was responsive to our questions and reached out during our stay to see if we needed anything. When there was a very minor issue, she immediately responded and offered to get it fixed right away. The location is great—quick drive to pick up groceries and also nearby very cool uptown restaurants and shops. If you want to stay in, the house is fully equipped for cooking, prepping snacks, coffee, etc. The highlight for us was the outdoor space! Even in record breaking heat (124!!) we were comfortable outside in the pool thanks to the pool umbrellas and shaded seating area options. Plus there are amazing mountain views! You won’t regret booking this space, it’s really a great find and I highly recommend!
